HARDWOOD TREATMENT PROCESS
HARVESTING: Choosing the best trees and logs is the start of production.
SAWMILL: We use 100% of the tree reducing the amount of waste from wood is an absolute minimum.
SEASONING: Certain products require seasoning. Depending on temperature, moisture, and other weather conditions, a tie requires 7 - 12 months to properly season.
TRIMMING: We end-trim ties to length of 8'.
SHIPPING: We handle all aspects of getting our products shipped. We ensure that each shipment is delivered on time.
